Stingray Celebrates WOMEN in March

Montreal, March 3, 2022 – In honor of International Women’s Day, Stingray (TSX: RAY. Throughout the month, users can tune in to a wide selection of female-only content on Stingray Music, Stingray Karaoke, and Qello Concerts by Stingray. 

Stingray Music’s female programmers have curated the channel Women in Music spanning 200 hits by top artists. The exclusive channel celebrates women from all eras with classic fierce anthems like “Respect,” by Aretha Franklin, “I’m Every Woman,” by Whitney Houston, and “I Am Woman,” by Helen Reddy to today’s “Woman,” by Doja Cat, “I am not a woman, I’m a god,” by Halsey, and “Run the World (Girls),” by Beyonce. Women in Music offers an in-depth tour of empowering tracks through the decades. 

Music fans can also celebrate International Women’s Day on the Stingray Music app with channels such as Women of Pop, Women of Hot Country, Women of R&B, Women of Jazz, Women of Old School Hip-Hop, She’s So Electro, and Celebrate International Women’s Day! The audio channels are packed with electrifying hits, moving ballads, and rebellious anthems to honor every woman.
