Marie-Helene Fournier started her professional career at Stingray in 2007, on the very same day the company first opened its doors.
After juggling various finance and operations roles, she was appointed VP of Mergers and Acquisitions in 2019 and VP of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2021. She was also appointed as a member of the Executive Management Committee in 2022 and VP of Human Resources in 2023.
Over the past 15 years, Ms. Fournier has led or taken part in over 75 acquisitions and direct investment transactions. Her prior experience includes working with predominantly Quebec-based private equity firms operating in the technology, media, entertainment, and sustainable transportation sectors.
Ms. Fournier holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
